Graham Cook - About Me
Hi, my name is Graham. I enrolled with RJH on an Instructors Course some 19 months ago.
I had the honour of having Rob Howitt teach me. Rob is the best in the business and a very big thank you to him.
In August 2015 I went to DVSA Cardington to do my intense CBT 2 day assessment. I was very happy I came away with a first time pass.
On the whole very few come away with a first time pass at Cardington.
I am now a DVSA qualified CBT instructor.
Many thanks to Lisa back in the booking office for booking CBTs for me to gain experience and confidence in my teaching skills.
I am at present in the process of returning to DVSA Cardington to do my DAS assessment early this year.
I am now at RJH Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday's. I am now one of the CBT instructors you could meet on your CBT.
If you want expert tuition in CBT, DAS, Advanced or Instructor Training, then RJH Group is the place for you.
UPDATE: In November 2016 I went back to DVSA Cardington to do my DAS assessment and I came away with a pass.
I am now full time at RJH and a DVSA CBT and DAS instructor. Look forward to meeting old and new faces.
I am usually around 7 days a week. I do get the odd day off if Lisa lets me.
Again a massive thank you to ALL the team at RJH.
I've found that Graham is the ideal person for his position as a trainer. He's likened to a brooding hen with his pupils as he seems to understand each person's concerns and limited knowledge from the very start. This reflects in the faces of each individual as they show early signs of confidence in their trust in Graham, not just a teacher, but a new trusted friend with a great sense of humor that adds to the easing of the understandable tense atmosphere every new pupil experiences when first on their route to find happiness and freedom on two wheels. In fact I think that anyone taking instruction at RJH, should have RJH in large font size on their L plates. Because it would show other road users that the rider was well trained and safe. Maybe Rob will consider having these vinyl stickers printed off :O)
I would like to wish past and present pupils a Merry Christmas and a happy 2018. Hope to see you soon pop in for a brew chat and get booked in on our advanced workshop, it's going to be a cracker in April 2018. Also one for the ladies, in May 2018 we are going back to Scotland with a ladies only advanced workshop. If your interested please get in touch with Lisa in our booking office. Safe riding everyone.
