Location: South Manchester
Salary £30,000 + per year
Full Time 37.5 hours per week including weekends
20 days paid holiday
Fully Expensed company motorcycle
£1,000 per year clothing allowance

RJH Motorcycle Training Ltd was founded in 2003 and is an Established, Exciting, Successful and well respected Motorcycle Training School in the North West looking for a Training Centre Manager at its established Manchester location.

The successful applicant will have a chance to set their own work/training routine within the framework of RJH, DVSA and MCIA ATB rules and develop a team of motorbike instructors.

The successful applicant would be required to attend and contribute to the annual business plan for the centre and would be required to identify business opportunities and present them to the company directors contributing to the overall company goals and objectives.

You will be working closely with the booking office and marketing department to develop ongoing opportunities to maximise the financial gains of the training centre are essential.

Essential

You will need to be able to develop the already established business through communication and support from the company director’s as if it was your own business.
All applicants must be well presentable, professional and passionate in their approach to all customers and their work and have a willingness to become an integral part of a solid team.

The ability to work on your own initiative, motivate and develop your team is essential and contribute in maintaining the open and honest communication lines within the business.

Essential qualities ranging from reliability, communication, results orientated, leadership, self motivation, passionate are all necessary.
